Register a new tenant

Use self-registration to create an organisation account and its root user before configuring the tenant.

For
The person authorised to establish the organisation's Finsaku account.
Requires
An available registration page, an unused organisation code, the root user's email address, and a compliant password.
Available when
The issuer offers Sign Up or its public registration address opens.
Before you begin
Agree the organisation code and identify who will control the root account.
Expected result
Finsaku creates the tenant and redirects to sign-in, where the root user can access Administration.
Quickstart point This run
Estimated time About 5 minutes.
Starting state No tenant exists for the intended organisation code.
Finish state The tenant exists and its root user is ready to sign in.

Registration creates a real organisation account with broad initial administrative access. Use an organisation-controlled email address and password-management process.

Check that registration is available

Open tenant registration in Finsaku

Open Sign Up from the Finsaku sign-in page, or use the registration address supplied for the issuer. The host can differ when the deployment uses a custom domain.

If the page is unavailable, ask the platform operator how the tenant will be provisioned.

Enter the organisation and root-user details

  1. Enter the Organization code. Use 3–50 characters: begin with a letter or number, then use letters, numbers, or underscores. This unique code identifies an isolated Finsaku tenant and becomes the Account name used at sign-in. Its products, users, permissions, and configuration are kept separate from every other tenant.
  2. Enter the root user's Email.
  3. Enter the Root user password.
  4. Repeat it under Confirm root user password.
  5. Select Register once.

The password must contain at least eight characters, including a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and symbol. The organisation code must be unique on the issuer.

Finsaku tenant registration form with organisation code, email, root password, and password confirmation fields
The registration form collects the organisation code and root-user credentials before the tenant is created.

Sign in and check the result

After successful registration, Finsaku opens the sign-in page and confirms that the organisation was created.

  1. Enter the new organisation code as the Account name and select Continue.
  2. Sign in with the root user's email and password.
  3. Confirm that the expected organisation opens and Administration is available.

This first account can manage tenant settings and user access. Keep it for administrative work, and create separate accounts for everyday users.

Continue with Set up a new tenant to configure identity, currency, time, language, lending, and appearance.
