Operations manager learning path

Use this route if you supervise work queues, portfolio views, exports, or operational exceptions. It focuses on reproducible views and evidence-based hand-offs rather than product or provider configuration.

Plan
About 75 minutes of reading and practice.
Start with
Access to the organisation's operational saved queries, representative records, and permitted history views.
Finish when
You can reproduce a queue or report, inspect a representative exception, and send the right evidence to its owner.

Route

  1. 1

    Navigate and search

Learn how Workspace lists, global search, and record pages provide different entry points.

Check: Find the same permitted record from its operational list and from global search where configured.

  2. 2

    Use lists, filters, and exports

Apply the intended query, date basis, filters, sort, and user scope before acting on a queue or export.

Check: Record the view name, filters, row count, and effective date needed to reproduce the result.

  3. 3

    Review portfolio and income views

Compare results using the same definitions, dates, ranges, currencies, and filters.

Check: Open representative rows and explain a changed total from the underlying loans and events.

  4. 4

    Investigate recorded activity

Choose record history, Workspace events, enrichment history, or event-action execution history for the question at hand.

Check: Identify the actor, event time, changed values, current record state, and any evidence held outside Finsaku.

  5. 5

Investigate and hand off an exception

Use payment distribution and schedule detail to explain a financial exception. For a missing record or action, follow the access diagnosis order before requesting a permission change.

Check: Provide the affected user, entry point, record, expected result, observed result, and evidence needed by the responsible team.

Role boundary

A total from a configurable view is not a frozen accounting ledger. Preserve the query name, date or range, filters, currencies, columns, and export before handing a discrepancy to finance, servicing, or configuration owners.

Do not widen a query or permission to make one missing record appear. First establish whether the record should be in scope.
